STREETS RESTAURANT CAFÉ - The STREETS Restaurant Café is located at 17 Le Loi Street, in the historic central district of Hoi An, Vietnam (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in a beautifully restored shop house setting. |

TRAINING CENTER - Program participants, ‘Trainees,’ undertake a uniquely extensive program in culinary arts or hospitality service, internationally credentialed by the award winning Institute of Culinary Education in New York. |

HUE OUTREACH - In order to reach more disadvantaged and impoverished youth, especially from the poor rural areas of Central Vietnam, STREETS has initiated an Outreach Program in Hue, the former imperial capital city of Vietnam. |

A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM - During the 18-month program, each Trainee is provided with housing, food, basic financial support, active community and social support, and medical care. |
